DocCelerator is a series of stand alone documentary workshops launched by Paradiddle Pictures in May 2020. Since the initiation more than 350 documentary makers have taken part in the 40 editions of the workshops.
For the Spring 2026 season we offer two editions of DocCeleratorStory and of DocCeleratorWorkInProgress.
These are the three editions of DocCelerator planned for the Spring 2026 season.

ABOUT DocCelerator
All DocCelerator versions are project-based workshops taking place online. Each workshop is two days and can accommodate up to six selected project teams. Since May 2020 we have been running 40 editions of DocCelerator and more than 350 documentary makers have participated.

DocCelerator is run by Director Geoffrey Smith and Producer & Consultant Ove Rishøj Jensen.
Please note, that it is no longer possible for projects based in the Nordic countries to take part in DocCelerator. This is due to Ove Rishøj Jensen working for the Nordisk Film & TV Fond.
