SELECTION FOR DocCeleratorStory AMERICAN EDITION
Today, April 25, the first American edition of DocCeloratorStory is kicking off. Six US based documentary teams are selected to take part.
The six projects selected for DocCeleratorStory American Edition have a wide variety in topics, style and authorships. The six selected project teams are:

Chelsea: An Essential City Co-Directors & Co-Producers Sabrina Avilés and Jenny Alexander
The Chaplain of Oakland Directors Jessica Zitter & Cheo Tyehimba
PhotoVideo Director Janice Rogovin
ISKRA (Spark!) Director/Producer Alenka Pavlin, Producer Cynthia Kane
Emmett Director Dan Chapman
This 19th edition of DocCeleratorStory is taking place on April 25-26, 2022. To accommodate a demand from American documentary makers, the workshop is running from 9am to 4:30pm on Pacific Standard Time (US West Coast).
The workshop is part of the DocCelerator workshop series, that consists of a number of stand-alone documentary workshops formats. Each one is providing detailed input to documentary makers, at different stages of project development and production.
