Projects selected for first DocCelerator workshop


Six documentary projects are selected for the very first edition of DocCelerator, the brand-new online documentary script and development workshop. Due to a big demand for the workshop, as second edition will soon be announced.

 

DocCelerator offers the participants detailed feedback on their current project in development as well as tools and methods for structuring a documentary story. The six projects selected for this first edition represent a wide variety in filmic approaches and themes spanning investigative history, personal journeys and contemporary conflicts. The projects are:

 

My Bollywood Dream

Kozak

Searching for Kikhia

No Monster Story

Fathers Skin

This first edition of the DocCelerator workshop will take place as a two-day online video conference on May 26-27, 2020 with follow up mentorship in the coming month. The workshop is run by Geoffrey Smith and Ove Rishøj Jensen.

 

Due to the big demand from the many projects submitted for this first edition, a second round of DocCelerator will soon be announced.
