The Fall season of DocCelerator is offering four editions of the documentary story workshop. Two editions of the popular DocCeleratorStory and two special editions done in collaborations with local organisations.

DocCelerator is a series of stand-alone workshops helping documentary makers discover the key narrative structures for their stories. Since the initiation in May 2020 more than 300 filmmakers have taken part.

For the Fall 2024 season of the workshop series there are two editions of DocCeleratorStory. They are held online and accessible for all documentary makers around the world.

The dates and deadlines are:

October 2-3, 2024. Deadline: August 30 
November 28-29, 2024. Deadline: October 25

In addition to these two versions of DocCeleratorStory are also two special editions, dedicated to documentary makers from Belgium and Ireland.

The Belgium edition, entitled DocCelerator Belgium Work in Progress, is held online on September 26-27 and done in collaboration with Creative Europe Desk Vlaanderen

and Europe Creative Wallonie-Bruxelles. 

The Irish edition is taking place on October 14-15, 2024 at the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill, Galway. It is done in collaboration with MEDIA Office Galway and in association with Coimisiún na Meán.
