DocCelerator, the brand-new online documentary mentoring program, is now calling for projects for the second edition of the workshop. This call comes as a response to a very succesful first workshop and a big demand from many submissions to the first edition. DocCelerator is aimed at documentary makers looking for input to develop a clearer dramaturgical structure for their project currently in development. Deadline to apply is Monday, July 20th 2020 at noon.
As a participant in DocCelerator you get detailed feedback on your current project in development as well as tools and methods for structuring your documentary story.
Besides generating creative input, DocCelerator will save selected participants many hours of work and much money in expenses. The essence of DocCelerator is to invest in the development in order to save on the production.
The DocCelerator program is for six selected filmmakers or teams with a project currently in development. It consists of a two-day online workshop and follow up mentorship.
The DocCelerator workshop is run by Geoffrey Smith and Ove Rishøj Jensen.
This second edition of the two-day online workshop will take place on September 1-2, 2020 with follow up mentorship in the following month.
